Nice office space in unexpected location. Just beyond the door is a very cute, hip coffee shop. Room was ready with coffee and water, plus white board and TV. Easy to coordinate- our reservation was last minute. Music from the coffee shop can be heard in your room but it was not disruptive to our meeting. We’d book there again.

Gia was absolutely amazing! There was no problem with communication what so ever. She made our experience so pleasant. I dont mean to harp.... But sometimes subtle things can really dampen the vibe when filming or doing whatever. That was not the case! Gia was very accommodating and helpful. Anytime we needed her she was right there to assist. If you stumble across this space with interest, I hands down guarantee you will not want to miss out. Thank you so much Gia for everything! Literally! You made our vision a reality with this space. Much love

Having a car pick up your clients from their hotel can go a long way to making you appear professional, too. It is also a good idea to have a car service if you plan on serving any kind of adult beverage at your events.

Equipment Rental
Although Nashville meeting rooms often provide seating, many event spaces do not go so far as to ensure that you are fully equipped. You can get amenities like lighting, a sound system, and even a stage delivered directly to your Nashville location, so you do not have to worry about equipment in your meeting room at the last minute.

Technology
Nowadays, you cannot go anywhere without your smartphone, and it is a vital part of communication with your friends as well as your clients and business associates. But there are other items you and your guests may need that many people do not carry around with them. For example, you may need to equip your meeting room with laptops, tablets, or smartboards, to name a few.
