About the Space

Located near Belle Meade in Green Hills, 37205. Our home is the original home built in 1917. We operate a speciality cut-flower farm from the back of our property which makes for gorgeous back-drops for photographs (we also run a floral design studio using our organic, heirloom blooms & would love to help flower your event! Check out www.BloomandBounty.com for more info). We have mature, gracious landscaping designed by a top local landscape designer. Our home is an old-world experience, full of antiques and nooks for conversation or reading. The home has floor to ceiling French doors on 3 sides, allowing for ample light through its aged glass windows. The home has been renovated to restore its full 1917 character, and offers a kitchen that you might find in any European farmhouse.

    Meredith was a kind and super accommodating host! We planned a rehearsal dinner in her gardens but due to a hurricane we had to move indoors at the last minute and she worked with us on every detail to make it just as great. The house is gorgeous and inviting! We were very comfortable and i would recommend this for your needs as well! Thank you Meredith!!

    Meredith was great! Super communicative and friendly, beautiful space, and lots of options! DEFINITELY will be returning if she'll have us again :) Our afternoon tea party social for @SpillTheTeaNashville was so beautiful and elegant - her venue was the absolute perfect setting and was so clean and ready for us to move in all our decor and food as soon as we arrived! Ample parking as well. We had a rainstorm that morning before we arrived and the whole area was dried in the sun by two hours later, perfect for our garden area craft! Highly recommend working with Meredith and her space!

    Meredith's place was more than I could've hoped for. She was unbelievably kind and accommodating, both on the day of the event and with rental delivery and pickups. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the space was, and it truly is. Her backyard was the perfect backdrop for our spring tea party, and the inside is perfectly curated as well. We had plenty of space for setting up and storing things during the event which made everything a breeze. It truly is the perfect place for events and gatherings. I can not say enough kind things about the overall experience - I definitely would recommend this space to anyone looking.
