Nestled between downtown Nashville and the trendy Five Points area, our beautifully restored 150-year-old apartment offers a picturesque backdrop for your next photo, video shoot, or intimate event. With a blend of historic charm and modern amenities, our space is designed to inspire creativity and provide a variety of looks to suit any project. The layout includes a large living room with library wall (wall is 17' wide by 10' high' ) Separate primary bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen also included. Outside is an enclosed deck with plants and seating. The backyard has 4 garden boxes, a rock garden, as well as parking. The entire property is private and fenced in.
