The space was super usable, Jesse was an awesome host. Very helpful and friendly. The white wall has a grunge to it, which was perfect for what we needed, just be aware it may not be pristine enough for certain shoots. Also plan for no central AC…when it’s one of the most humid days of the year it’s no joke

Lisa was very accommodating and responsive and the onsite property manager was very helpful. We shot a music video at the location and the vibes are great with 4 skylights that are configurable with sliding black flags to either open, close, or anywhere in between. Would rent again. Thank you!

I’m so glad we chose this space for our video shoot! The video shoot was amazing! Brian, the staff member was very accommodating and welcoming! Also, the entire team was very responsive if we needed any assistance or needed to change anything. Matt, the owner was very graceful about allowing change and accommodating! Thank you soo much for giving us the opportunity to make a reservation in the last minute. We had a flight from Charlotte NC to Dallas Texas on the weekend and we needed a studio to do a video production. French Contemporary the light room studio was able to make it happen, and everything was amazing and right on point! We recommend this amazing place 100 percent! Thank you so much to all the staff for receiving us and making us feel like at home.

Used this room and another that I booked on a different site. The place itself is really nice with lots of good sets. This set specifically though was disappointing. It was covered in a yellow dust that got on everything: our bags, clothes, equipment, etc.
