Large Photo/Film studio in loft conversion building with raised ceiling and separate lounge just south of downtown Dallas in the Cedars neighborhood. Located on the Third floor of the building (Our production offices are located on the 2nd floor and connect to the lounge space by an internal stairway) RENTAL IS FOR THE 3rd FLOOR SPACES ONLY We offer a 15% discount for bookings over 10 hours

I’m so glad we chose this space for our video shoot! The video shoot was amazing! Brian, the staff member was very accommodating and welcoming! Also, the entire team was very responsive if we needed any assistance or needed to change anything. Matt, the owner was very graceful about allowing change and accommodating!
