WIth a 4-hour booking or more we include Red Camera Free of Charge We also have a workstation with a Gaming Laptop for Editing if needed. With 1TB Wifi speed guest are able to stream with no issue. The space is also equipped with Google Home, and you can control and change all the lights. We also offer remote access via Google Home for our rentals. Our lobby area is top notch featuring a 60'inch TV, PS4, and Arcade that has 10,000 games.

We have two gorgeous, one of a kind rooms in our studio space. You have access to both studios during your booking. Each room is about 250 sq feet. The Parisian room features beautiful custom moldings, fireplace, herringbone hardwood floors and luxurious, french-inspired decor. The Mediterranean room is an exotic space, featuring unique alcoves, graphic tiles and hand crafted decor. Both rooms are north-facing and get an even, steady natural light throughout the day. We have a dressing room, makeup area and common area to prep your garments. We also have a small rolling rack and a steamer. CLEANING & TRASH Please leave the premises and all contents and fixtures in the same condition as they were when you arrived. You must discard your own trash. If any trash is left behind, additional cleaning costs may accrue. All items brought to the space by you are to be removed at the end of your booking. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen item(s). If you do not return the studio to the order and cleanliness found when you arrived, an additional minimum $50 or more cleaning fee to be withheld from the cleaning / damage deposit. Please refer to listing photos for correct placement of objects. STUDIO RULES No body oils or body makeup of any kind. If any stains are found on furniture or walls, an additional cleaning fee of $100 or more will be withheld from your damage deposit. No smoking / vaping / fog / haze machine are allowed in the space at any time. No burning candles No confetti or glitter of any kind No alcoholic beverages or non-prescription or illegal drugs are allowed at any time. Music is to be kept at reasonable levels. Please do not put tape on the floor as it damages our unique floor finish when you take it off WAIVER OF LIABILITY Use of our studio is at renter’s risk. You hereby agree that we will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to renter, their party or possessions while on premises. All persons and activity on studio premises may be video recorded for security usage.
