The original white oak wood floors were recently refinished and restored to their 1920s beauty. Outside you will find outdoor couches, a dining table, large pool, and water fountain. The pool has lights that change colors for night shoots. Phenomenal. Just as pretty and more so than the photos. Tons of natural light. Every room looked picturesque and was useful. Even the front porch was sweet to shoot from the inside. Lots of character. And Tyler left the place looking professional just like the photos. It does not look lived in. I searched everywhere for the upscale feminine vibe I was going for, and Tyler’s place was the only one, beating out much larger and more expensive homes. I am very happy with this choice. Tyler was also very accommodating and reliable, but also professional and hands off. He was extremely prompt with messaging and even worked with me on some deliveries. He was on schedule as well. Even though it is winter, the backyard has lots of evergreens and was perfectly great to use. I am beyond happy with this setting choice for my headshot and lifestyle shoot. And love the homey vibe of soft sophistication it gives.
