I understand I am able to move items from the white panel wall in the front left of the studio any time except during the holiday season when the holiday set is up. You understand if going over rental time, or damages to the studio space the card on file will automatically be charged for the remaining amount that is due. For personal items, there is a white table as soon as you walk into the space. You may sit items here. The round table is a set for photo taking. We have recently rebranded the space. As a result, we have built-in sets please do not remove any of the sets currently installed as these are all permanent. The round table under the chandelier is not to be moved. It is strategically placed under the chandelier that hangs low. They are not to be moved. Please kindly do not move the round table at all. With the Christmas items if you want that background without the Christmas we would suggest shooting vertical. The entire right side of the studio is non-holiday related. If you need to add seamless paper to your rental it is just 25.00 for a seamless paper rental. If using the neon lights in the back, left corner of the studio, be sure to turn them off after your rental. The fireplace is for Aesthetics only. However, if you should turn it on, it must be turned off for liability you would not want to be held liable as it sits directly behind the Christmas tree and the sofa. Small children may be attended to, do not let children run, damage, or throw items around the studio. (Especially Christmas decor and presents 🎁 ❤️) we want everybody to experience all the beautiful things available. Lastly, Be sure to firmly shut the door upon exiting as sometimes the wind catches it.
