The host; Aida also alerted us of potential problems such as construction near to the location prior to shooting and so she was a great help for pre planning! Incredibly versatile set with many different settings. Location comes with ample parking and lots of space for gear and staging. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Well worth the rental price, 10/10 would recommend. If you need to apply for a permit, the Temple City office does take a bit long to process them, it usually takes me about a week in advance for Film LA, I would start applying to Temple City a month in advance to be safe.
