About the Space
Our amazing sky lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Perfect for mixers or light appetizer parties. Located on the top floor, this space offers just about a 360 degree view of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Full kitchen includes- refrigerator, gas range, oven, dishwasher, beautiful counter tops. Modern and very angular space 3-45" TV's Private bathrooms Decorative accent lighting Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. We only allow small speakers! Some parking is available on the ground floor of the parking garage but it can be limited. We do recommend car pooling or ride sharing services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. This was the PERFECT venue to celebrate my 50th birthday with an intimate group of family and friends. Randy communicated well through the entire booking process and was available to answer my questions. My guests LOVED the space. Can't say enough about how beautiful and welcoming it is. We had an evening party and was able to catch the sunset in October. PERFECTION!

The location was great and was perfect for our couples party. Plenty of seating and the sunset over Dallas that night was stunning. Kitchen area was perfect for our buffet food set up. High top tables and conversation areas were also just right. Couldn’t have been happier with decor of the room. Would have given it a 5 star, but we did have an issue with the TVs on site not working - we were going to use it for a video presentation and to watch some college football. The staff did try to help us resolve the problem, but unfortunately couldn’t get it to work. Still a great evening and would highly recommend working with Mark at any of his locations. He was very quick with responses and resolutions.
