RENTABLE STUDIO FOR CREATIVES. The studio is where creativity happens. This space is a home for creators, brands, businesses, entrepreneurs and our community. When you book our studio, you have private access to 1,300 square feet of stunning photography and film space. With east-facing and west-facing direct light, interior and exterior shoot spaces, a private restroom, a kitchen, and a variety of stylized amenities, you’ll have all of the resources you and your clients need. No matter the hour, you can find beauty at this Studio. what's included: 13’ high ceilings Full privacy (no shared studio space) Two interior shoot spaces East & west facing direct light Two large diffused rollup garage doors & shades - west facing One 6' picture frame window - east facing A curated collection of props and backdrops Industrial concrete floors White & black walls Wifi / Bluetooth speaker Private kitchen including complimentary coffee & water Private restroom + full-length mirror Designed for photography & film Our studio hours are 7am - 8pm, Monday through Sunday. *Extended hours may be available upon request *We are open on holidays.
