Our guests are welcome to use the lobby area as a waiting room equipped with a television where you can enjoy shows and movies from Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, to name a few. Our other studios are also available at different rates. This listing does not include our photographers, videographers or any equipment (lights, backdrops, extension cords, etc.). You must bring your own. If you would like to use film Stop Studios photographers, please contact us for a quote. This space has heat! In addition to the already heated floor, this studio is equipped with a space heater to ensure adequate custom temperatures during use. The space heater heats up the space very nicely. This studio has Graffitti and brick walls along with floating lights to give you that perfect urban feel. Photographers and videographers are welcome to using our vast collection of props to enhance their production in this studio unless item is already being used in another studio. Props are distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Select props are eligible for reservation at additional fee. Please contact us with any questions regarding our prop reservations. There are multiple electrical outlets in this studio. We do not provide a PA system. Please bring your own. We have furniture that can be used. However, please treat the furniture gently and put everything back as you found it when you are finished using the studio. We have some lighting equipment such as C-Stands, soft boxes, and light modifiers in the studio. However. our continuous light set is available for rent only for an addition rate of $15/hour.
