Location was easy to find and to access. There is plenty of parking since it's right next to a parking lot. The parking cost is reasonable compared to everywhere else in Atlanta. The space was absolutely beautiful. We had so many rooms to shoot in. We ended up extending our time by 3 hours. I would definitely recommend to others.

I needed a modern-looking office space for a commercial video shoot and Serendipity Labs was perfect! Angie was amazing to work with–she was quick to respond, highly detailed, and very accommodating. The space looks just like it does in the photos and my team loved the free parking right in front. I will definitely book again the next time I need this type of location!

Tips on How to Organize Business Meetings in Atlanta

Do you want to make a good impression on clients and colleagues alike? Here are some tips on how to organize business meetings in Atlanta that foster engaging discussions and deliver results:

  • First of all, consider the layout of the room. Make sure that the seating arrangement is such that all participants can see and hear each other clearly. If possible, opt for a U-shaped or square table rather than a long rectangular one. This will encourage conversation and collaboration.

  • Next, pay attention to the lighting. Meeting participants will appreciate bright, natural light rather than harsh artificial fluorescent light. If possible, open the blinds or curtains to let in as much natural light as possible.

  • Test your AV equipment before the meeting starts. Make sure that your projectors, computers, and LED screens are working to ensure the smooth flow of presentations.

  • Prepare refreshments, such as sandwiches, light finger snacks, coffee, or tea. Food and drinks are essential for keeping your meeting participants focused throughout the discussion! Depending on the size and length of your meeting, you can opt for online delivery or full-service catering.

  • Finally, be prepared with the materials needed. Provide ample power outlets so that everyone can charge their laptops or phones if necessary. Hand out any necessary materials before the meeting starts, such as notepads, pens, and the meeting agenda.

Famous Locations in Atlanta

  • Fire Station No. 6
Built in 1894 and designed by Bruce & Morgan, Fire Station No. 6 is a historic fire station in Atlanta. Not only is it Atlanta’s oldest freestanding fire station, but it’s also the first racially integrated firehouse in the city. The credit for integration goes to 16 Black firefighters who fearlessly fought against racism. The accomplishments of the largest fire department in the American South are now outlined in a museum located in the station, alongside historic displays of firefighting equipment. Today, it stands as a testament to their courage and determination in the face of adversity.

  • Spiller Field Magnolia Trees
No humans have seen more of Atlanta's evolution than these witness trees that take every hitboth metaphorically and physically. For example, they were once unceremoniously knocked down by a few hard-hit baseballs. Aside from seeing numerous baseball games, these trees have also witnessed the city’s transformation, including the redevelopment of the area due to the creation of the Atlanta BeltLine. Thanks to Trees Atlanta, a nonprofit community group, more trees will grow out of the cuttings derived from these two magnolias.

  • The Breman Museum
Atlanta's a big city with a big heartand, as it turns out, a big Jewish population, too. For a southern city, Atlanta has a surprisingly large and vibrant Jewish community, and the William Breman Jewish Heritage Museum is its beating heart. The Museum tells the stories of both adversity and achievement in keeping Jewish history alive, with 2,000 manuscript collections, 50,000 images, 1,000 artifacts, and more. The Museum is also the largest repository of Jewish history in the Southeast United States, making it a must-see for anyone interested in learning more about this rich culture.
