I needed a modern-looking office space for a commercial video shoot and Serendipity Labs was perfect! Angie was amazing to work with–she was quick to respond, highly detailed, and very accommodating. The space looks just like it does in the photos and my team loved the free parking right in front. I will definitely book again the next time I need this type of location!

Pros and Cons of Affordable Meetings in Atlanta

While there are many advantages to booking a lower-cost space, such as extra savings or convenience, there are also some potential drawbacks that must be taken into consideration before making a decision. Here’s an overview of the advantages and disadvantages associated with cheaply priced meeting venues in Atlanta:

Advantages

  • Affordable meeting spaces in Atlanta are often significantly cheaper than their more expensive counterparts. This can be especially beneficial if you need to book multiple rooms for your event or conference.

  • Many low-cost rental venues offer flexible terms so you can book the space for a specific period or on an as-needed basis. This allows the possibility of having multiple meetings over the course of a few days if need be.

  • Affordable meeting spaces are often located in convenient areas of town, making it easy to get to and from your event. Guests can drive or take public transit to get to their destination easily.

Disadvantages

  • Lower-cost meeting spaces may not have the same amenities and quality that more expensive venues offer. This can be especially true when renting technology equipment such as projectors or laptops.

  • While some affordable venues will provide additional services like catering or A/V setup, these might cost extra if they’re not included in the rental agreement. Be sure to check what is included in the venue.

  • In some cases, cheaper meeting spaces may be smaller than more expensive venues, limiting the number of people that can attend your event. While finding a venue to suit your budget, be sure it also fits your guest list so you don’t have to make cuts or limitations.

Tips on How to Organize Affordable Meetings in Atlanta

If you're looking for affordable meeting spaces in Atlanta, you're in luck. The city is home to a variety of conference centers, hotels, and event venues that can accommodate small and large groups. Here are a few tips on how to organize a meeting and find the perfect space for your next corporate function:

  • Start by searching online: There are several websites that allow you to compare prices and amenities for different meeting spaces in Atlanta. Take into consideration the location, size, and included amenities. If certain equipment is not included in the rental price, you will have to rent it elsewhere, so you might as well spend a bit extra in order to have it all in one location.

  • Choose a venue based on your needs and budget: Most importantly, choose a venue that will fit your needs and budget. Atlanta has plenty of options for affordable meeting spaces, so you're sure to find the perfect one for your next event.
  • Contact the venue: Once you've found a few potential spaces, contact the venue directly to inquire about pricing and availability. Let them know what your guest list size looks like as well as what your plans are for catering or AV setup so that they can let you know if there are any specific rules or regulations to follow when setting up.

  • Learn about their offerings and limitations: Make sure to ask about any discounts or promotions that may be available. Many conference centers offer discounted rates for groups booking multiple days or during off-peak times. Also, ask about the venue's cancellation policy so you know what to expect if you need to make last-minute changes to your plans.

The tunnel is a local gathering place and art canvas, with the art changing regularly as artists cover old work and build on top of existing pieces. Proposals have even been spray-painted on the walls. Krog Street Tunnel's graffiti tradition began in the 1960s and is still going today. • Atlanta Glass Treehouse
Among a group of hardwood trees near Ormewood Park in Atlanta, you'll find an elegant and modern glass treehouse. If it weren't for the leaves falling off the trees during winter, you might not even know it was there from the street. Even though glass isn't necessarily what comes to mind when you think of a treehouse, it's quite a magical combination. You can watch a tour of the house on Youtube, but you can’t actively tour the building since people live there. The light reflects beautifully off its simple surfaces. This two-floor dwelling was built mostly from recycled materials, like steel hardware holding glass panels together. Its designer and builder owner put it together as funds became available.
