Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering ample parking, this house boasts striking glass panels enveloping its sides. A rare gem of a home, it provides an immersive experience of seamless indoor-outdoor living. We charge a deposit $100 to scout which will be deducted from your booking fee (no look-y-loos). Only serious professional productions please / were film industry peeps and your success as our primary goal. For convenience, there's one bathroom available for crew use and a covered catering area, along with truck parking. Every shoot is unique, and we offer flexible pricing to suit your production's scale. To facilitate scouting, we require a $100 deposit which will be deducted from your booking fee (no casual visits). Our focus is on supporting serious, professional productions—we are industry insiders, and your success is our utmost priority.
