My friends and I had an awesome time celebrating my husband’s birthday at this beautiful place. It looks even better than in the pictures. Amit was incredibly accommodating as the weather wasn’t great as we planned, and even allowed us to change the time or reschedule our event for another day. He was there to help us the whole time and that made a difference. Not only I recommend this listing, but will book again for sure!

I love love this location, it has everything you need for your event, tables, chairs, surround sounds throughout the backyard, it's like a tropical oasis. We kindly request that any music 🎵 be played solely through the provided JBL 310 PartySpeaker.

You're welcome to bring your food 🥪🌮🍕🍟and enjoy it in our picnic areas.

To maintain a clean & safe swimming 🏊 environment, please refrain from bringing food 🍕 or drinks 🥤 into the pool.

When guests depart, kindly avoid stopping their vehicles 🚗 in the middle of the road for goodbyes.

This can block traffic flow and may inconvenience our neighbors 🏘️.

We require you to bring your table covers if you plan to use the provided party or picnic tables.

To take advantage of our complimentary 30-minute setup window, simply book your event for 5 hours or more.

For guests planning to enjoy the pool, applying sunscreen 🧴 at least 20 minutes beforehand is required.

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly request that all guests:

Dispose of any leftover food 🚮 in the designated trash 🗑️cans.

Clear any plates or utensils 🍽️ you may have used.

Excessive cleaning 🧹 beyond the standard procedures, such as extensive food waste, may incur an additional $75 charge.

As a friendly reminder, please ensure you vacate the space by your reserved end time ⏰.

It allows us to prepare for next guest arrival. Any additional time ⌛ exceeding reservation may incur an addional charge

Access to the putting green ⛳🏌️‍♂️ is exclusive to guests who have booked the Putting Grass ⛳ Amenity.
