No access to other areas of the building. 📍⚠️ NO dollies, tracks or heavy equipment allowed on the tile floors. Must place a protect mat under equipment. 📍Size Room/Stage – 1,200 sq ft 📍Tile Room Set 400 sq ft, floor-to-ceiling white ceramic tile with RGB overhead lighting. 📍Red Carpet Set 16×16 ft with grid drop ceiling, white & RGB lights controlled by wall panel. 📍No equipment is included for free unless specified. Additional equipment is available for an extra fee. 📍Backdrops, furniture, and props shown in guest photos are not included. Stages come only with makeup chairs and standard stool seating __________ ▪️Included Makeup/wardrobe area, AC & heat mini split, 1 clothing rack, 2 private restrooms shared among other stages ▪️Complimentary RGB Lights 3 panels available (limited supply). Must be requested with booking; management will confirm availability. ▪️Not a soundproof stage ▪️Parking Limited paid gated parking + free street parking. ▪️Children Allowed only if talent; must be supervised at all times. ▪️Pets Only stage animals for filming/photography. Must be leashed.
