The space was perfect for our project!
4,000 sq/ft empty, original, unconditioned warehouse building.
The warehouse is L-shaped with a small storage area at the back and tons of props.
Space has electricity but no heat or air conditioning. We do have a couple of shop fans to help with air flow throughout the space.
There are 4 bay doors (2 that vehicles can fit through and 2 that are for loading and unloading equipment)
There are plenty of floodlights throughout the entire warehouse.
Normal operating hours end at 11:30 p.m. but we can make accommodations if needed.
Included in every booking are 4 godox tube lights, a fog machine, and a Bluetooth speaker plus tons of props.
Protection Packages
Renters now have access to attach damage protection, liability insurance and cancellation protection.
