The venue also offers optional professional bar service under our TABC Mixed Beverage Permit. Amenities (included with your rental): -Two 60” TVs, indoor speaker system, microphone, fog lights, LED lights, and signature Mothership ceiling lighting. -20-ft Outdoor stage ideal for live performances, DJs, ceremonies, etc. -Epoxy floors, exposed ceilings, and modern finishes. -Climate-controlled indoor warehouse space. -Large bay door for vendor load-in. -Outdoor patio with comfortable seating. -Private, gated property and large parking area. -Complimentary 1-hour setup before event. -On-site support staff for setup/breakdown assistance. -ADA-accessible facility. -Flexible noise policy due to non-residential zoning. -Freshly renovated kitchen with sink, microwave, freezer, ice maker, and plenty storage. -Contemporary restrooms featuring LED mirrors and sleek fixtures. Bar Service: Our venue holds a TABC Mixed Beverage Permit, allowing us to sell and serve alcohol directly to guests. Because of this, outside alcohol is NOT permitted and all service is provided by our licensed bartenders. Clients may select one of the following options: 1. Cash Bar – Guests purchase their own drinks. No cost to the host. 2. Open Bar (Well, Standard, or Custom) – The host prepays for drinks for their guests. Pricing depends on the selected package and number of guests. 3. No Bar Service – Alcohol service will not be provided at the event.
