The owners were great, sending all the rules and guide of getting in the studio, I’ve only shot at night, would definitely come during the day for more natural lighting. Spacious and felt very comfortable with the vibes.

I work for an antiques dealer and used this space to show a large dining table and chairs that we didn't have room for in our usual space. The studio was beautiful and perfect for the purpose, and everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book the space again.

This space is beautiful for photoshoots and has amazing natural light. It was clean and ready to shoot. There are also ample parking areas. Samantha was an amazing host, very responsive and willing to accommodate. I needed an extra hour and she was able to extend my shoot. I recommend this space to anyone and I will definitely shoot there again

It was a good shooting experience, we were able to get all our shots done and had no distractions or hold up. The space is good for moving around. The only problem we had was there weren't very many accessible power outlets, so it would be good to bring stingers and scorpions. Other than that, we had a fantastic experience and Justin is accommodating and flexible when needed.

Alex and Melanie were amazing hosts! They were so kind and very accommodating of our requests both before and while filming. Everything was exactly like the listing described and perfect for our shoot. I would highly recommend this unique space for anyone looking for a location with a genuinely vintage vibe!

Things to Consider for Private Parties in Fort Worth

Before making an official commitment to a Fort Worth party venue, there are a few things we want you to consider. Understanding the ins and outs of the city’s tourism scene will help you navigate any challenges before they come up:

Advantages

  • Fort Worth is really family-friendly with plenty of attractions (as well as free things to do) to keep your littles entertained.

  • There’s a free trolley service in the downtown core to help you get between your hotel and local attractions with ease.

  • The city hosts a full calendar of art festivals and cross-cultural events.

Disadvantages

  • There’s not a lot of nightlife around here. You may be able to find the odd bar or brewery but if you’re looking for an active club scene, you won’t find it here.

  • Fort Worth has a high crime rate. It's significantly higher than the national average, but it’s also concentrated in certain neighborhoods. It shouldn’t be prohibitive, but it is something to be mindful of.

What Kind of Private Party Venue Can I Rent in Fort Worth?

Private parties in Fort Worth will never be the same now that Giggster has entered the rental scene. Our event venues offer limitless premium amenities like live entertainment, on-call security, or in-house catering services.

Cozy Cafes The Official Event Venue of Foodies. Nothing is better than sharing a meal with your friends and family. These restaurants are full of rustic Texas touches and can accommodate groups of many sizes, some offering partial buyouts in addition to full if you’re working with a smaller guest list and budget. Plus, you can take advantage of a full liquor license or get an energy boost from the espresso bar.

Elegant Wedding Venues Say "I do" to an Idyllic Event Space. Fort Worth is bursting at the seams with extraordinary ceremony backdrops and wedding reception spaces. Whether you’ve fantasized about an ornate palace straight out of your Bridgerton dreams, an open-air ceremony by the lake, or a pavilion at the edge of the forest, weddings are one of Fort Worth’s specialties.

Home Away From Home- Live (and Party) Like a Local. A private house rental offers tons of flexibility, especially for DIYers. You can decorate as much (or as little ) as you wish, and there’s plenty of space for guests to roam freely around the property and break out into smaller social circles. Whether you’d prefer a pool or a modern patioscape, these fully revamped historic houses have large backyards and ample outdoor space.

How to Plan a Private Party in Fort Worth

Whether you’re throwing a large celebration or an intimate gathering, so much work goes into being a wonderful host (and most of it goes unseen in the weeks leading up to the event). Toss a few of these tips into your party planning toolkit to ensure attendees have the time of their lives.

Line Up the Troops Day-of preparation is not a one-man job. Figure out who may be available (and willing) to assist with set-up, take-down, and running around town on last-minute errands. Most importantly, get these commitments early so your helpers can build time into their personal schedules and you don’t wind up in a situation where no one is available.

Avoid Alcohol We know that hosting a dry event can be controversial, but there are classy ways to do it. Ideally, you want to plan an event where alcohol wouldn’t necessarily be a natural expectation. For example, you could choose a venue where an activity is the main attraction (like axe throwing). You could also alter the time and date of your party. No one is going to show up to a Sunday brunch and wonder where the keg is.

Prioritize Colour over Theme The more elaborate your theme is, the higher your decor budget will need to be. If you keep things simple and stick to a color palette instead, you can skip all the extra bells and whistles. You will be more likely to find single-color supplies at budget-friendly shops (i.e. the dollar store), or you may even have some decor at home that you can use as accents.

How to Save Money on Your Private Party in Fort Worth

We get it, budgeting is probably the worst stage of the party planning process. Don’t let accounting for every cost get you down! Here are a few of our favorite ways you can get creative and save money on your next special occasion. Thanks to Giggster, putting on a show for pennies is a possibility.

Read your contracts.

When hiring vendors, always get a written contract and always read the fine print. You’ll specifically want to keep your eyes out for hidden fees like cake cutting and plating or corkage on self-supplied alcohol. If something feels off, ask questions.

Go paperless.

E-vites are the next big thing. Why? Because they save money. They also reduce waste and allow for one-click RSVPing. It’s a win-win-win.

Blow up your own balloons.

Does your decor plan include a ton of balloons? Paying per balloon for helium can add up. Depending on how crazy you want to go with it, it might be worth buying a home-use tank. These safe and easy machines typically retail for $50 or less. Alternatively, you can skip helium altogether and buy balloon glue dots for easy hanging or a DIY arch kit (which doesn’t require helium to stay afloat).
