Lee was amazing!!!! He made sure everything flowed in the house. He was apart of the family, lol. He helped set out the food, drinks, and anything that I missed, he had. He was a truly gift. I left an item, and he made sure he mailed it to me. I’m so grateful for Lee and his wonderful hospitality. The house was amazing. Clean, organized. Gianfranco and his partner were so sweet and accommodating. Their space was extremely tidy and fresh. Lots of variety within the 3 bedrooms and additional spaces. The backyard is gorgeous and gets great morning/midday and early afternoon lighting (sitting on the east side of the house the pool runs east to west). The side yard under the overhang is wider and longer than anticipated. All the furniture surfaces are sturdy except for the teal room bed with the posts (some wiggle). The living room gets beautiful lighting in the afternoon (west facing). The house is quiet, the fridge isn't noisy but there is a nexdoor neighbor on the south side that uses a blower or a shopvac in the afternoon (weekday). Driveway parking is semi narrow but can fit roughly 3 cars (except for when the golf cart is there). There is an empty lot across from the house that we used as additional parking and seemed to be okay. This location worked great for us and we will happily be back to shoot some more scenes!! Thanks again for everything 🙏
