About the Space
One acre estate home located in Broward county. Please note that only the outside space including the pool is rented. The interior cannot be used except for the use of the bathroom. The chateau has an exquisite European exterior with beautiful glass windows, french doors and ornate iron entry double doors. The estate has a long circular driveway with a water fountain that will transport you to the South of France. The back yard is beautifully styled with a large modern pool surrounded by white marble decking and a 900 Sq Foot covered terrace. Perfect to host any type of event! Please be aware that you’re only renting the outdoor space including the pool.

I hosted a Baby shower here and had a wonderful experience. Everything went smoothly when communicating with the host. The host invited us to tour the property and asked about our plans so we were all clear for that day. The day of the Baby shower was perfect, I was able to set up quickly and the host would check in to make sure everything was ok. We had a wonderful time and my family and friends appreciated the beautiful property!
