Sea Ray Cruiser at the Dock, Tandem Kayak, Mountain Bikes, Dive gear, Pool toys, and props on site. Poolside Dive in Movies with 150inch mega screen and Surround Sound available for special events.. Dm for details! Full patio seating and additional outdoor amenities to complete the scene with Palm trees in a lush tropical setting. 22 x 40 Great room with high volume ceilings provides ample height for lighting and high angle shots. Nicely appointed as shown, complete with Pool table and Far infrared Sauna in Queen bedroom. Experienced host with Gourmet in house catering available to keep you happy and productive!

Lee was amazing!!!! He made sure everything flowed in the house. He was apart of the family, lol. He helped set out the food, drinks, and anything that I missed, he had. He was a truly gift. I left an item, and he made sure he mailed it to me. I’m so grateful for Lee and his wonderful hospitality. The house was amazing. Clean, organized. Everyone loved being outside, the music was just enough. We had a ball. Thank you Lee. Cousin Shirley thanks you too. 😉

This was one of my best locations I ever filmed at showed us nothin but love and respect let’s us use the whole house to make our movie didn’t stress About anything and helped out as best as he can with letting us use other props and items for video to really bring the visual to life definitely recommend anyone lookin to film to shoot here

Lee was great to work with on this event. He was super on top off it and made it easy for us. The guy even prepared dinner for 30 guests. Have already referred Lee to a friend for their event. You won’t be disappointed with the views and set up if this hidden oasis!
