About the Space
10 ppl max (limited parking available) Overtime is 1.5x the listed rate Cleaning fee is $200 Production past 5pm will be considered as overtime. Sprinter vans, trucks, oversized vehicles must park in the driveway. Our historic craftsman home was built in 1911 with a full and completed renovation done in 2020. The house features classic craftsman siding, large porch, original windows, hardwood floors, updated kitchen and features, and bright, natural light. The long driveway allows for easy access from front to back yard. The spacious backyard can accommodate trucks, sprinter vans, catering, etc. The simple decor allows for greater creativity. Additional props are welcomed. Amenities include a 220V outlet. Pictures shown are of downstairs kitchen and living area. Please contact us for questions and to arrange a property tour!
