The spacious, light-filled main room is great for meditation, ceremony, meetings, yoga (1:1 or very small group), sensory and nature therapy, getting cozy by a fire, and media screening via projector. The open-plan kitchen and herbal lab are also available and are great for natural product development/serving elixirs (these require a mini training). There is also an office/creative work room, which has a drawing desk, seated computer/writing desk, 2 large monitors, and art and office supplies. Please note that there is some construction going on in the neighborhood 7a–530p. We find that playing nature sounds in the background mutes it well. The building has pretty good sound insulation, but this is not a sound-proofed space.
