Our Party Room is located right near home, in Brooklyn USA. (We have an Escape Room on premises. You can rent the party hall together with the escape room or just the party hall on its own.) Our hall/gallery can hold up to 30 people. This space is great for birthday parties, corporate events and meetings.
The $60/hour rate includes just the party room.

This space offers an open, sunlit, and peaceful environment for meetings, photoshoots and small events. The apartment is 1200sqft, with 12ft exposed pipe ceilings, located in an old factory off the Graham Ave L stop in Williamsburg. The wifi enabled space includes one grand living room, a bar area, a full kitchen, and a spacious bedroom.
Meetings:
It's a relaxing change of scenery from your typical office meetings. 🌱 The living room boasts a 9ft reclaimed wood dining table, easily able to seat 12, plus a full built-in bar. It also includes a 9ft solid walnut desk, ample workspace for 2-3 people. The open floor plan is great for teams that want space to move around or have breakout sessions.
Photoshoots:
The space is perfect for natural light photography or videography (although if you are recording sound you might pick up the noise of the street below).
Events:
The space is attuned to intimate events and personal get-togethers. The private home setting is perfect for someone who's looking for a serene and peaceful atmosphere. We are open to holding small private events in the space, following current COVID-19 protocols.
Furniture:
A wide array of furniture from CB2, West Elm, reclaimed wood original pieces, as well as other unique finds. Countless lush plants adorn the space. OK, we actually counted - it's 43 plants 😊

The 1914 Lehigh Valley Railroad Barge is a floating, covered wooden historic treasure listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Wood floors, wood sides, wood hull, wood everywhere. Terrific sunsets. View of the Statue of Liberty and Upper New York Harbor. Barge is 30' X 90'. Skylights provide natural light. Sound system, Exhibition Lights, House Lights , Stage lights and Outdoor lighting.
Capacity 149. The Museum has wooden seats for about 90 people.
