About the Space

Great space for Filming or an Event!! Our event space featuring eccentric oval skylights, restored truss work and funky colored panels. We had an awesome project filmed here by Comcast called "Founding in Color", check out the trailer here as an example of what can be filmed in this space https://youtu.be/Fy7WcBvbspI ​A bi-elevation space with a 2000 sq ft upper elevation and a 2000 sq ft lower elevation featuring a 12' wet bar, private VIP room with it's own restroom and direct access to the freight elevator for event furnishings. Additional event considerations include a soundsystem available multiple furniture options and lockable glass doors for privacy. While available for the evening, The Alloy Loft is one of our two event spaces situated for daytime and corporate events. We also have parking for filming crew or for an event!
