About the Space
Located in a nice cul-de-sac that feeds right into the Burbank Channel Bikeway this 1920s Spanish bungalow retains all of its rustic feel and has beautiful bougainvillea to boot! The interior is fully remodeled and stays true to the Spanish style of the home. With a lovely traditional fireplace, moody wall sconces, and arches everywhere you look, this space makes for a lovely and cozy backdrop. The exterior has been partially updated and has a cute fire pit area with desert inspired plants. It’s also big so perfect for large crews.
