The 1st floor buyout includes the Studio, first floor reception area (M&M room) & 1st floor outdoor areas. The Studio has a 22 ft wooden ceiling and a 85" display for presentations. Inside and outside the property are great for socializing, networking, cocktails, food trucks, watch parties, lawn games. Get creative! The neighborhood is charming complete with brick sidewalks and historic buildings. Roll up the studio door for indoor outdoor events. Tables and chairs are available. We can help with caterers, bartenders & staff too.
