You're walking distance to restaurants maybe a half a mile away, many corporate buildings in walking distance less than a half mile. Downtown dallas is about 15 minutes taking the highway. The lake is in walking distant about a half a mile away. Parking is located directly in front of the townhome or in the back of the townhome.
