We have been delighted to host a wide range of productions, spanning from acclaimed music artists like Travis Scott, Pharrell, Latto, and Cardi B, to esteemed art institutions such as the Savannah College of Art and Design and Georgia State University to list a few. LOCATION: Built in 1920, this home is located in the highly sought-after filming area of the Historic Atlanta University Center/Vine City. Within an 8-minute walking distance to Mercedes Benz Stadium this conveniently located home is a stone's throw away from the Northside Dr. corridor, Georgia World Congress Center, and all 3 major HBCU's. FOOD AND GROCERY: A few options within less than 0.7 miles or less from location include Wal-Mart/Chick Fil-A (one street over), Rosie's Cafe, & the Restaurant 10. Home is located on street consisting of several single-family homes and has street parking for 15+ vehicles. Female cast allowed 1 assistant. Artists up to 4 guests (excluding managers/stylists). Names not on list will be asked to leave or production will be shutdown. Loud music cannot be played on property past 9pm EST. ABSOLUTELY NO FIREARMS/DRUGS allowed on property. Please emphasize this with cast, artist(s) & their management. Property is to be returned post booking in same condition as given both structure wise and cleanliness wise.
