Featuring ample space and seating for multiple extra’s with a buffet of vintage and antique smalls to add that final touch your project needs. Located in the West End it’s a quick drive from almost any point in the city. Please Note: *This space is an active warehouse with day to day activities. A location scout will be required before booking approval *We are a creative space and regularly alter and update spaces. If you want any changes to the space please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. *This location is a large warehouse setting without central heating or cooling. A small heater may be used to help, and fans may be available upon request. Please request it before the day of shoot. *This location is not sound proof, and therefore may not be ideal for productions that require absolute perfect silence. Even still there have been many successful shoots where audio has been recorded.
