About the Space
Mid Century Modern Estate. Gated property, exclusive, private neighborhood to the stars. Located in culdesac with lots of parking. House is primarily glass on all sides. A truly rare gem of a home with a vivid experience of indoor outdoor living. 1 bathroom avail for crew. Covered catering area, truck parking and large backyard. Each shoot is different and we can price to your scale. We charge a deposit $100 to scout which will be deducted from your booking fee (no look-y-loos). Only serious professional productions please / were film industry peeps and your success as our primary goal.
