The studio is a unique and eclectic space, easily adaptable to your creative vision. We are conveniently located in Elyria-Swansea (or as we affectionately call it, “Deep RiNo), just a few minutes north of City Park. Our open, modern studio provides an elusive blend of flexible functionality and aesthetic appeal. It is both a canvas for your ideas, and the paintbrush to bring them to life: designed to maximize your options and facilitate the process. Whilst partially aimed at small photo and video productions, we’re lucky enough to host a wide array of other events - including art shows, private functions, industry meet-ups, immersive meditations, music performances, film screenings and so on. KEY FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS The Easy Stuff: A clean, unique bathroom. (Your grandma would love it!) Elegant green room for hair and makeup, wardrobe changes and relaxing. This room has beautiful natural light, backlit vanity mirrors, comfortable seating and a privacy curtain. Stylish kitchenette complete with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, weird mugs, plates, etc. Spacious outdoor areas are available in front and back for fresh air and added versatility. Climate-controlled to keep the people comfortable year-round. Optional gallery lighting for artworks, performances or ambience. 4 dedicated parking spots and ample easy street parking. Fiber-optic internet connection. The Nerdy Stuff: 100A electrical service. 34 ground level outlets and 16 ceiling outlets - across 9 dedicated 20A circuits. All outlets rated for 20A. Neutral wall colors (flat sheen) in the studio area to minimize color-cast and maximize light control. Ground floor load-in, with 5’ wide clearance at front doors. House lights are at 5000K, non-dimmable. Suspended L’Art gallery lighting with CRI 95 Zoom heads at 3000K, dimmable. Extra bay of ambient can lights at 3000K, dimmable. Stained concrete floors.
