About the Space

**Available for rentals 01/02/2024** This home is a true time capsule - built in 1977 it retains the original shag carpeting, wood paneling, and large brick wood-burning hearth, all in beautiful condition. This abode has been thoughtfully furnished with fun and trendy furnishings and decor, as well as some period-accurate vintage pieces. The star of the show is the fully functioning disco ball. The kitchen is authentic to the 70's with some of the original appliances. Other rooms include a very titillating bathroom with original wallpaper, a fully functioning bar, and a surf shack-themed sitting room complete with a vintage color TV that is able to stream videos from YouTube. The primary bedroom and bathroom have been thoughtfully updated and include a mustard and white checkered shower area and mid-century finishes. The homeowner is a photographer so the space has been designed with photo and video productions in mind. Lights are all dimmable, many lights are able to change colors, and the frame TVs can showcase any artwork desired. Our home has been used for larger video productions as well as a variety of portrait photoshoots.

    Awesome 70s set that looks just like the photos. Very clean and well kept. Decent indoor natural light during the day. The host was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again. 10/10!
