Authentic + Updated Mid Century 70's Time Capsule

Welcome to That 70's Chateau. This home is a true time capsule - built in 1977 it retains the original shag carpeting, wood paneling, and large brick wood-burning hearth, all in beautiful condition. This abode has been thoughtfully furnished with fun and trendy furnishings and decor, as well as some period-accurate vintage pieces. The star of the show is the fully functioning disco ball (also removable if need be). The kitchen is authentic to the 70's with some of the original appliances. Other rooms include a very titillating bathroom with original wallpaper, a fully functioning bar, and a surf shack-themed sitting room complete with a vintage TV. The primary bedroom and bathroom have been thoughtfully updated and includes a mustard-and-white checkered shower. We also have a butter yellow 1972 Ford pickup truck that we are happy to have parked in the driveway or side yard (as pictured). Renters cannot drive the truck, and you must request use of truck before the production. The surrounding neighborhood feels straight out of the 70's itself - views of our street are very Nostalgic Americana. The exterior of our home reads retro, we have a large back patio and an expansive backyard with tons of foliage - great for portraits, or for craft service for a large crew size when the weather is nice. Our home has been used for larger video productions (50+ crew members, week long productions) as well as a variety of product, fashion and portrait photoshoots.
