    We're so glad that we booked this space for our client appreciation event! It was the perfect venue considering its central location, size, and amenities. The indoor/outdoor access was perfect for our event, and the aesthetic of the space was memorable for us and our guests. Valissa was extremely communicative and very accommodating. She ensured that all of our needs were met leading up to the event and on the day-of. We easily fit 50 people comfortably plus a musician, bar, photographer, food buffet, and games. It's the perfect location for any kind of event or gathering! We're looking forward to hosting more events here in the future.

    This home is one of a kind. Pictures do no justice as walking into this breathtaking home is an unforgettable one. Valissa greets you with such warmth and takes time to personally walk you through the heart and soul of this beautiful home. She is proactive, thoughtful and responsive. She takes time to listen to the family needs and ensures you will feel comfortable from the start to finish. I highly recommend her home for any occasion. Overall, great space, great ambiance, unique home and a place to book immediately.

    This space is perfect if your production requires a great kitchen or unique and multiple interview setups. The light is soft and even and never direct or an issue. Tons of space for lighting and video village. Load in is easy and can be staged in the patio courtyard if needed. GREAT SPACE! Thank you Valissa! Excellent host.
