About the Space
Spanish Colonial Style Church built in 1929. Large Sanctuary with Nave, Chancel, High Altar, Side Chapels and Pipe Organ. Large Art Deco Hall with Stage. Spanish style Courtyard, Cloister in a historic shaded residential neighborhood. Please note the final rate for your rental will depend on type of event, size of event, date, additional amenities, and number of rooms you rent. Initial rental calculation may be higher or lower after consultation. See https://www.saintthomasdenver.org/rentals for more info. On-site audio-visual equipment and assistance available for events, priced separately from rental, including sound system, projector with screen, zoom access for remote events, stage and mood lighting, and access to grand piano. Please inquire if interested. The client agrees to sweep floors, wipe down surfaces, clean spills, collect trash and recycling and move to dumpster in alleyway, clean dishes, return furniture to original position, and any other activities to restore the space to its original condition. A $150 custodial security deposit is required in the event this does not happen. Otherwise the deposit will be returned to renter after completion of event. Saturday events require $150 FEE to clean space before services on Sunday. NOTE: If you are using equipment over 12ft, please notify us so that we can disable the laser smoke detectors in the church and/ or hall. This way we can avoid triggering the fire alarm.

We had a great experience filming here! The host was incredibly communicative and made the entire booking process seamless. The space was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our video shoot. I would definitely book here again and highly recommend it.

I requested this space based on another review. I needed a space for a memorial service. I don’t live in Denver so it was great to be able to find something affordable remotely. The church is absolutely beautiful and the back room was perfect for the reception afterwards. There were no issues finding the location though most people who attended were from Aurora. Luke was great, answering texts quickly when we had questions. Thank you for such a wonderful space. I recommend it highly!

We were able to book the space last minute for my brother’s memorial service. It is a beautiful church. They had a large back room with a kitchen and tables and chairs for us to talk and eat afterwards. Good communication and price. Definitely would recommend.

The stain glass windows, the hard wood floors, created just the atmosphere we wanted for our workshop. The bathrooms were clean, there was handicap access to the space and to one set of bathrooms. The heating system has a big blower that was kind of noisy and we probably should have planned a microphone with speaker. Terry was easy to work with and we loved supporting a space that does so much for the community.

We went to several churches before we finally found this wonderful location. Terri and her staff were great to work with! Terri was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful setting.
