About the Space
The estate is a breathtaking outdoor/indoor venue nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains, where rustic charm meets sweeping ocean bluffs and mountain views. With golden sunsets and a serene, romantic atmosphere, itโs the perfect setting for unforgettable celebrations.โ Our estate is a rebuild following the Woolsey Fire, thoughtfully reimagined with both resilience and beauty in mind. Prior to the fire, the property was home to a flourishing vineyard that had been growing for five yearsโyoung vines with incredible promise that were unfortunately lost. We are currently in the process of replanting, with plans to restore the vineyard to its former vision beginning next year. We are offering the estate as a production rental, providing a unique opportunity to film on a property in transitionโone with a compelling story, expansive grounds, and evolving landscape. Hosting productions will help support the next chapter of the vineyardโs revival.
