About the Space
A private fenced South Pacific/Hawaii feel vintage residence restored to a Tiki Beach feel. Open bright feel with high ceilings and large available public spaces. Amazing at beach views with access to private beach (additional fee) as well as the famous Malibu County Line (State Permit required). Landscaped yard with luscious greenery as well as open patios. Great location option for scenes involving vacation, beach and resort feel needs. A garage/annex space can be used as a production office or shooting space (or a base camp for shoots in the area). Private parking for 6 cars stacked in the driveway area.

The house is beautifully organized and the owner Rick is just the greatest. He is very helpful and knows so much about production. He will inform you of all the necessary information in advance to help you out. Definitely, I would like to work here again with Rick :)

Rick and his wife were an absolute pleasure to work with! Rick was extremely helpful and accommodating. He has great production knowledge and was helpful in guiding me through the permit process. This property is beautiful and so thoughtfully put together! If you are looking for a truly secluded beach I highly recommend renting this location, you will not regret it!
