This property is beautiful and so thoughtfully put together! If you are looking for a truly secluded beach I highly recommend renting this location, you will not regret it!

A private fenced South Pacific/Hawaii feel vintage residence restored to a Tiki Beach vibe. Open bright feel with high ceilings and large available public spaces. Amazing at beach views with access to private beach as well as the famous Malibu County Line (State Permit required). Landscaped yard with luscious greenery as well as open patios. Great location option for scenes involving vacation, beach and resort feel needs. A garage/annex space can be used as a production office or shooting space (or a base camp for shoots in the area). Private parking for 6 cars stacked in the driveway area.
