Jeremy and his wife Luiza were absolutely delightful to work with and provided the perfect location for our wedding. We only utilized their space for the ceremony portion of the wedding, but we were thrilled with our decision to choose their stunning venue. The site itself is a dream for anyone searching for an outdoor, eclectic, beachy Malibu vibe. The breathtaking views of both the water and the mountains are truly unforgettable. We held our ceremony on the roof of their structure, and it was the most magical place to exchange our vows. Throughout the planning process, Jeremy was incredibly helpful and responsive. He answered all of our questions with ease and provided valuable suggestions to make our day run smoothly. He first met with me and my fiancée and then later on with me and my wedding planner. He went over all of the logistical details we needed to take care of on the day of the wedding, ensuring that everything would go off without a hitch. On the day of the wedding, everything flowed seamlessly. All of our vendors who came to the site were blown away by the stunning beauty of the property, and our guests had a blast taking pictures and enjoying the views from every part of the venue. Luiza even shared with me and my now husband a special treat – telling us about some of the history of the property and the great energy that is tied to the land. It was a wonderful story to hear on the day we celebrated our wedding. In addition, one of our guests remarked that as we were standing on the roof with the sun setting, it felt like we were in heaven, and I couldn't agree more. The combination of the stunning views and the magical atmosphere made it feel like a slice of paradise. We will cherish that moment forever and are grateful to have had the opportunity to experience it in such a beautiful setting. Overall, I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a unique, outdoor, and unforgettable location for your wedding or special occasion. What a lovely space, our shoot went so well, not to mention the friendly support from our host - it was delightful. What I love here are all the windows along with the large accent wall. There's so much space to move around, and configure furniture for different shots. It really elevated our images having access to her space.

I had a LUAU inspired Birthday Celebration and only 10 people showed up when it was meant for 25, the wind was unbearable and many of my decorations had to be scrapped, I was bummed a little...But, my hosts Joy and Hank stepped in and helped me in a way that would bring anyone to tears, they were running around tying things, taping things, offering their own personal belongings, I mean they did so much and I was overwhelmed by their hospitality and grateful is an understatement. They were determined and resolution oriented and came up with a plan B that saved the day. They were gracious, compassionate, attentive, positive and giving. These are some amazing people and I send them all the love. The home is beautiful. Joy provided blankets when it got cold and my guest and I sat around the fire pit and laughed and drank our wine and enjoyed this beautiful view of the ocean after the wind settled down. They even helped us clean up, cmon. Everything worked out. The award for best hosts goes to Joy & Hank, for sure.

John is an amazing human. He went above and beyond to help make our engagement party unforgettable. We had an unfortunate, and stressful cancellation on another platform and John came to our rescue last minute by agreeing to host us. Communication was first class throughout and he made us feel so at ease leading up to and during our event. Helping us with recommendations for extra lighting, aiding our guests with parking and above all being such a pleasant host, John made us feel like we had known him for a lifetime. The space easily held our guest count of ~70 and could definitely hold a lot more comfortably. Our band, DJ and catering had ample power and space to perform and prepare food without impeding on the space for our guests. This was such an unforgettable experience and thanks to John, we have memories to cherish. Highly recommend and thank you John!!!

Pictures DO NOT do this place justice it is absolutely amazing. Breath taking views, modern structure and decor. And the customer service and communication from the host was both professional and personable. It was worth every dime to use this marvelous location.
