About the Space
This home is great for Photo Shoots and small events. Modern Light and Bright! Classy and clean line furnishings. Plenty of parking. $1100. per hour plus gigsters 9.5% process fee. 8 hour min. Photo shoots, commercials music videos with no need for sound ..ok'd. There is some construction going on on street. So best to do shoots with no sound at time this time. Will need to bring bathroom for over 30 crew and cast. There is a guest house for wardrobe and makeup and holding area. Driveway and street parking. Once you have booked and paid gigster the producer will also sign a agreement with the payout from gigster. Insurance is required.

Amazing home! Beautiful views and the hosts are incredibly kind. We had no trouble finding the home, as well as shooting in all locations we planned. Would highly recommend shooting here, gorgeous venue with great hosts!
