Rate listed is based on a photoshoot with under 15 people and access to Exteriors and pool house only. Additional fees will apply for access to the interior of the main house. This newly built estate adjacent to Broad Beach has spared no expense; thoughtfully designed, masterfully appointed with imported Italian furniture, and inclusive of every amenity imaginable. Completely enclosed and gated, the main home is perfectly situated at the top of the property to capture panoramic views from Point Dume and Zuma Beach to the Channel Islands. The main level features open concept living areas with soaring ceilings. The top-floor master bedroom suite features a circular design to capture every viewpoint and motorized, collapsing glass doors that lead out to a large sun deck. There are three additional bedroom suites with private decks and a full-sized movie theater. The lush grounds feature a resort style pool/spa with dual waterfalls and an overwater bridge to a circular pool house with a wet bar, steam shower, and guest suite. My family had a blast here! The spacious grounds and amenities, like the tennis court, kept everyone entertained. The host was very polite and accommodating throughout our stay.
