John is an amazing human. He went above and beyond to help make our engagement party unforgettable. We had an unfortunate, and stressful cancellation on another platform and John came to our rescue last minute by agreeing to host us. Communication was first class throughout and he made us feel so at ease leading up to and during our event. Helping us with recommendations for extra lighting, aiding our guests with parking and above all being such a pleasant host, John made us feel like we had known him for a lifetime. The space easily held our guest count of ~70 and could definitely hold a lot more comfortably. Our band, DJ and catering had ample power and space to perform and prepare food without impeding on the space for our guests. This was such an unforgettable experience and thanks to John, we have memories to cherish. Highly recommend and thank you John!!!

Beautiful 5 acre oasis high in Malibu mountain wine country near Mulholland. A mix of terrain, sloping meadow to scenic mountain overlook for a range of TV/film/commercial production, photoshoot, and event opportunities. Unique, experimental indoor/outdoor open architecture house by BMW designer, Modern Contemporary/Downtown Loft mashup, Shoji style sliding walls. Nature trail to mountain top view of the Santa Monica mountains and vintage 1979 31ft Airstream with magical shaded Oak grove. North facing, front sliding glass wall opens to patio and firepit, makes for great interior to exterior shots. Easy access load and setup, open beam ceiling structure for flexible lighting setups. Celebration/Event productions also considered depending on noise impact to neighbors, it's a peaceful, magical space in the mountains. Large front patio great for dancing, lounging by the fire pit, rear patio, upper pad and oak grove perfect for chill space set ups. Just north of Mulholland Dr, 15 minutes from the 101 freeway, 20 minutes to downtown Malibu and beach, 45 minutes from Hollywood, within the TMZ, LA County permit, not Malibu City. Ample off-street parking up to 50 cars on upper and lower lot in addition to open space for production trucks. Additional parking available for another 100 cars on neighbors property approx 200ft away. Portable restroom rental required, house bathroom off limits because of septic tank system impact.
