About the Space
22 acre film ranch located in Malibu, California set against the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean and the majestic Boney Ridge in the Santa Monica Mountain range. The ranch offers a rustic 3 bedroom/2 bath main house, 1 bedroom/1 bath western guest house, a saloon, recording studio, cowboy hot tub, tennis court, artist cabin, outdoor rustic restaurant, horse corral, outdoor shower, open meadows, oak tree forests, paved and dirt roads, 1946 Spartan Trailer 1956 Terry Trailer, 1950's mini mobile trailer, 1989 Toyota Land Cruiser, 1977 Chevy truck, 1961 Ford pickup, and much more.
