Eclectic 100 Year Old Home, All-American Ranch style, where Modern meets Rustic and Art Deco on the West-side of Atlanta perfect for any number of events from an off site team meeting to a video shoot or a movie set . The house symbolizes humble beginnings, zen and good vibes! All who enter say it feels like "HOME". Those in movie or film industry please be advised that this house easily transforms any set needed given its layout and decorations from trap house to quintessential family home to frat house or just to name a few scenes. It is literally "ready to work"! There's a large yard with trees, an open area under the deck and a wooded area fenced area behind the house that is also available. All dishes, and any props such as refrigerator, washer or dryer, shower, water hose, etc. or stove could be available for use. Please advise if needed. Walls can be painted and returned to original color also.
