About the Space

Our home is available for SMALL-SIZE shoots only, with a limited crew (up to 15 people). We do not allow complex or long shoots in the front yard and front-door not to disturb our neighborhood. This location is a cozy shabby-chic style one-bedroom house in East Pasadena. Living room, dining room and kitchen are joint together. The master bedroom is bright and spacious. The second bedroom is used as a little studio/lounge. In the house there is one tiny bathroom (access from the bedroom), and there is an extra restroom in the garden. The furniture/style is mainly antiques, ethnic and shabby-chic decor. The backyard and garden are gorgeous and spacious, with a large patio, a jacuzzi tub, two-cars-sized garage converted into a multi-purpose creative/dance room, a bistro set, a fountain and a fruit garden. RULES: - No shouting/screaming. - No loud music. - No shooting after 9.30 pm. - No big trucks or large crews. We love to keep our house clean and tidy, so we expect to find it in the same way after its use :-) We look forward to hosting your activity here!

    Booking with Annalisa was so effortless. She was very fast at communicating, answered all our questions, worked with our schedule and even took a last minute additional booking without question. The house was absolutely perfect for our shoot and they were beyond accommodating to the crew.

    The home owners were incredibly flexible, helpful, and kind. The home is gorgeous and renters have access to all of the rooms and backyard. I would reccomend this space to anyone.

    We had a great time shooting at Annalisa's house. The owners were very accommodating and helpful throughout the shoot. Communication was great and everything went smoothly.
