This location centerpiece and anchor of the new $100,000,000 renovation of The Metropolitan Art and Business District. Built in 1914 by Asa Candler, co-founder of the Coca-Cola Company, it is truly a jewel of Atlanta’s agricultural and industrial history. At the time, it was the largest single structure under one roof in the United States. Utilized by the military in WWI and WWII, it was then turned into distribution warehousing in the mid-20th century. Now, it’s an amazingly dynamic public space that fosters community, entrepreneurs, artisans, and real connection. It’s where creator’s thrive! We are conveniently located in a commercial area and there is plenty of client parking, and reserved member parking. We are honored and excited to be the anchor tenant for the new vision. There will be a marketplace for artisans and retailers, green space, and coffee shops, a brewery, showrooms, and gallery space, new live lofts and so much more!
