Our Charming Patio is nestled in the back of our studio. Step outside and discover a versatile outdoor oasis designed to enhance your experience and provide a delightful setting for various activities. Whether you're hosting a gathering, a team-building event, or a special occasion, this area provides a comfortable and convenient spot for catering and refreshments. This versatile area can be utilized for a wide range of activities, including photoshoots, capturing captivating outdoor scenes, team-building exercises, and hosting events. The Patio is available for Events and Photoshoots/ Film shoots. Please note that no restrooms are accessible and this space is exterior only. The floor is asphalt. Truck/motorhomes will need to permit with the City of Burbank for street parking. This patio is accessible via alley. Scouts of the area are available and we ask for 24hr notice to coordinate a visit with our location. Please note that all bookings require a site rep ($500/12hr day).
