Private parking space available, free high-speed internet, private dressing room available, restrooms and a large reception area. *Includes an extra 524 sq ft. Multi-Purpose Room (for crew/set up), Kitchen for craft service, dressing room, make-up room, and parking. *If you need any additional space, message the host for a quote and the space details. Additional Details: *Cyc does not come pre-lit. The only lighting we provide are TWO SOFTBOX LIGHTS which you can see in our photos and the regular room light. If you need help getting an arri light kit or additional lighting, please let us know and we can discuss the rate. *Fresh white paint: $100 *If you require to have the Cyc repainted to green, contact the host for custom rate.
