About the Space

This home is located on the outskirts of the city in a friendly neighborhood with a mix of residential and commercial surroundings. The property has been extensively renovated, and guests will find it both comfortable and welcoming. There is ample parking available, including free on-site parking as well as street parking. Guests are kindly asked to be mindful and respectful of our neighbors when parking. The home offers high-speed Wi-Fi for personal devices, televisions in most bedrooms, and a Smart TV in the living room. There is also a designated playroom for children. Toys must remain in the playroom at all times and should be used with care. The home features simple yet vibrant décor and plenty of natural sunlight throughout. Tile flooring runs throughout the home for easy maintenance and cleanliness. White paneled doors lead to each room. The first room serves as an office. The second bedroom includes a bed and television. The third bedroom is designed for children and includes toys, a bed, and a television. The fourth room is the master bedroom, which also includes a television. Bathroom amenities are limited to essential restroom supplies, and guests may use the shower if needed. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we ask guests to observe the following house rules:     •    Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.     •    No smoking is permitted inside the home.     •    Pets are not allowed. Please try to keep clean and throw your trash away!!! You can rent your own moonwalk but it’s your responsibility to watch over the kids so no accidents would occur!!! Do not move furniture or patio furniture!!! The number of guests on the property must not exceed the number listed in the reservation at any time. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all guests follow the house rules and policies. If you plan to host an event, all setup and cleanup must occur within the time period the home is reserved. Decorations may not be attached to the home or its surfaces. Please discuss any event plans prior to booking to avoid misunderstandings or additional charges due to damages or policy violations.
